Mystical World Wars Wiki 0.0 <== That means it's alphaware
This is the public Wiki for Mystical World Wars, an episodic modern dark fantasy series written by me, Zoe E. Whitten. Rather than follow one group of characters or one race, MWW seeks to define an environment with an underlying philosophy to emulate older myths and parables. There's not just werewolves, daemons, and vampires lurking in the dark, but elves, halflings, oni, kitsune, ghuls, ifrit and scores of other mystical creatures. And to be truly unique, I'm giving most of the screen time in my series to the folks from the other side of fantasy. The night-shift crews, if you will.
With a series this large, spanning multiple casts and base locations, it's daunting to figure out who is who. Jumping in with a certain book or trilogy, you may feel lost and in need of historical notes. This is the place to come for a history lesson on my fictional world. There is one caveat that reading the character profiles and the time line will reveal a lot of spoiler information. If you prefers to be suprised, it's better to avoid this resource and just read the books at my site. However, if you're looking for more information to decide whether or not to invest time in the full series, this can be a handy way to get up to speed on the cast and world events.
Currently, the races who have appeared in published stories are:

Links will be added for each story, organized by year. Links will provide time lines of major events for each book, so they will contain spoliers. Note: Certain stories take place in Lissand, where time is...funny. This is due to a concept known as time dilation, and because of this phenomena, stories that take place in Lissand must be listed on their own time line. Where Lissand events coincide with Earth events, cross referencing links will be made. |

Locations:

The Mystical World Wars series takes place in three planes of existence; the Earth plane, home of the humans (mostly); Lissand, the mystical homeland of the elves, now occupied by most of the mystical races; and Heil, home plane of the daemons and their slave races and spirits.
The locations below have served as the backdrops for major events, and the locations list will probably always be incomplete for not mentioning "cameo locations," places that the characters just pass through.
